For drop-in visits, pets must have access to an potty area during the time between visits. If a pet does not have access to a dog door or another suitable outdoor potty option and has an accident inside the home, additional cleanup fees may apply. To help prevent accidents, please choose a visit schedule that is best for your pet’s individual needs.  If your pet requires more frequent bathroom breaks, overnight stay, or live-in service may be a better option.
